(franken)log serves as the development site and public change/work log for the process of refactoring hyblog: The 'hyblog' hybrid blogging system created by Colin Walker.
The core hyblog platform provides all of the necessary function to be the perfect platform for many— I'm already using and loving it myself. The motivation behind this project comes from wanting to smooth out some existing kinks, bring consistency to the styling, and add/tweak some of the features/settings to how I’d like to make use of the platform in the long run.
In using the platform I am modifying as the changelog for its own development I can identify and understand use cases and issues with greater ease. When each version feels stable enough, I will use it in a production environment at log.kvl.me to further the testing and development process.
